I did speak with them the first time this occurred and they have continued this practice."

"Great job on lawn care. However, when I asked about flowerbed maintenance, they were not willing to include theses services. I couldn't understand why I needed to hire another company for flowerbed maintenance. I have no flowers, just the shrubbery that came with home when built. Initially I was told those services had to scheduled separately and later told the services were not available only lawn care. Don't know why a lawncare business can't include simple flowerbed maintenance when cutting the grass. Had to move on to another company who includes both."

"I have been using these guys for a number of years. When I was just out of the hospital a couple times I called and they had no issue about getting over and cutting the yard. They have always asked if there was anything else they can do to help, so this past year I asked that they put up LED lights for me... and they came by did the work (putting up and taking down) without anyone inside knowing.
